And even though the platform’s not-safe-for-work gaming category is rather limited (you’ll normally only find around 10 live gaming cams outside of peak hours), the quality is enough to keep you around.
Not to mention it leaves a fairly large gap in the market for wannabe gaming streamers!
Unlike Joystick.tv, Chaturbate is primarily a token-based platform, giving viewers the chance to tip on public shows to help streamers reach their tip goals. Once reached, the model delivers on her promise and everybody leaves happy.
As a viewer, you can do a lot with your tokens, such as:

- spend them on private, one-to-one chats.

At the time of writing, you’ll find 148 XXX video game cams. However, some aren’t accurately tagged and/or the performers only stream nude gaming on a limited basis.
Often, you’ll find streams in this section where the models either aren’t showing you the game they’re playing or aren’t playing a game at all! The former isn’t so bad, but you’ll be disappointed if you run into loads of the latter.
Despite that, accurately tagged streams are high quality, and will guarantee you see some simulated and real action.

4. ePlay

ePlay occupies an interesting middle ground between traditional cam sites and game-focused streaming platforms, making it a viable – if slightly unconventional – choice for NSFW gaming content.
Gaming has always been part of its DNA, but the platform has noticeably steered towards a more generic cam site feel in recent months.
Some performers stream gameplay alongside their cam shows, often using games as a backdrop for interaction rather than the sole focus of the stream. For viewers who enjoy a mix of casual gaming, flirtation, and live audience participation, this hybrid format can work surprisingly well. It’s just that it’s fairly uncommon.
While there are hundreds of NSFW gaming cams registered on the site, this doesn’t translate to many online at any given time. Joystick has surpassed it as the clear platform of choice for the game-streaming crowd.
Failed or Abandoned Porn Game Streaming Platforms
Two major sites have tried and subsequently failed to become a big name in the NSFW game streaming market.
Frankly, the fact it remains an emerging niche (it’s still yearning for a true number one frontrunner) may have played a part in their demise. Although, it appears both Plexstorm and Goohshi had “interesting” management principles from the very beginning.
What Happened to Plexstorm?
Plexstorm was an adult streaming platform that – frankly – felt doomed almost from day one.
TBH, it may as well have been called Problem.
Roughly three years after launch, Plexstorm abruptly locked down its entire Discord server, claiming a quick “rebuild” that was supposedly going to take a few hours. Instead, it stayed dark for days. As the silence dragged on, it became increasingly clear this wasn’t routine maintenance…it looked far more like damage control.
Behind the scenes, allegations were swirling that the platform had been turning a blind eye to racism, sexism, and general bigotry. Rather than address concerns openly, Plexstorm went radio silent.
Then came February 4, 2021.
Without warning, streamers found their broadcasts abruptly cut off and replaced with a vague “violation of terms of service” message. Chaos followed. Creators flooded the newly rebuilt Discord server demanding answers, while viewers piled on with questions of their own. But the Plexstorm staff? Nowhere to be seen.
And then… nothing.
For over seven months.
It wasn’t until September 24, 2021, that creators finally received a message from the community manager. The update was about as reassuring as a shrug: no estimated return date, no clear roadmap, and -just to twist the knife – payouts would remain frozen indefinitely.
In other words: bullshit.
For many streamers, that was the point of no return. Trust was gone, money was locked up, and communication had been nonexistent for the better part of a year. The platform was effectively buried.
What Happened to Goohshi?
November 2020 saw Goohshi, a streaming service where quote “anything goes with no limits,” cease operations entirely.
Despite the site shutting before said date, it was apparently reopened to let streamers obtain their owners. However, creators reported that they weren’t able to login during the brief open duration.
The cease of operations was considered very suspicious by almost everybody involved, with the team and streamers notified by a non-committal Discord server post. The universal message provided a (not-so-believable) reason — Goohshi’s financial backer pulled out of their agreement.
Merely an hour after the post, the platforms Twitter account and Discord server were deleted. And even though the brief reopening was supposed to allow creators to access their rightfully earned money, that didn’t actually come to fruition.
Ultimately, Goohshi was plagued with financial, public relations, and managerial problems for too long before shutting down. But it’s the dire treatment of their streamers that left a terrible taste in people’s mouths following the platform’s demise.
Is Adult Game Streaming Allowed on Twitch?
As you can probably imagine, Twitch has very in-depth community guidelines and restrictions on the sorts of content allowed on the site. And it’s safe to say that sexually explicit content, adult nudity, and sexually suggestive content are not permitted.
According to the guidelines, banning sexually explicit content (e.g., sexual bodily fluid displays, chat sex, solicitation of sexual services, implied oral etc) is to protect the health of Twitch’s community.
Likewise, disallowing sexually suggestive content (e.g. breasts, pelvic areas, sex toys, erotic dances, fetishizing behavior, groping, pole dances, etc) is to ensure the site is appropriate for a wide audience.
The platform prevents you from broadcasting anything that violates the community guidelines or has an “Adults Only” official ESRB rating.
If you’re going to broadcast anything even slightly NSFW-tinged on Twitch, you run the very real risk of getting de-platformed.
It’s not something we’d recommend.
