The gay genre makes up only a small slice of the adult gaming pie.
10% of gamers identify as LGBTQ+ according to a Nielsen Games 360 Study, but a glance at the major adult gaming platforms shows that only a small fraction of adult games are targeted directly at this crowd.
In reviewing the top gay porn games for this guide, I was struck by a couple of clear trends. Firstly, there’s a crap ton of harem building games showcasing male-on-male action. Most of these are direct ports from popular straight-targeted games. For example, Fap CEO: Men Stream is a reskinned gay version of the original Fap CEO. Booty Calls: Men At Work… is just Booty Calls in hunky packaging.
The second trend is that visual novels are incredibly popular in the gay gaming space. Titles like Coming Out On Top and Dream Daddy hold major sway with gay gamers, and they tend to offer a much more wholesome experience than your average smut game.
What Are The Best Gay Porn Games?
To assemble this guide, I plunged balls-deep in to some of the top gay themed games on leading platforms like Itch.io, Steam, GOG and Nutaku.
It would be easy to list off a bunch of adult titles that contain explicit gay sex, but I wanted to pull in some examples of games that do well across different genres and formats — from hentai and bara fuck-fests, to more engaging AVNs and yaoi-based titles.
Obviously, there’s one thing these games have in common: the men are the stars of the show.
1. Fap CEO: Men Stream

Fap CEO: Men Stream is an addictive gay harem builder from BoomBox Games. First launched in 2018 as a straight title (Fap CEO), I can’t imagine it took too many resources to port this title to a gay audience.
A casual clicker/dating sim style game, it’s your job to play the role of entrepreneur and build your own empire of video-chat models. This means you have to hire and fire the right guys to earn you money, which takes just the right kind of personal skills.
While the original Fap CEO was populated by cam girls, this version is packed full of cam hunks.
Part of the interview process (and keeping your staff happy) is to make sure these guys are aroused at all times. After all, how can a XXX cam model turn on the audience if they don’t feel horny themselves, right?
There are 15 guys to unlock in the game and you get rewarded for your efforts with some explicit artwork. In total, there are more than 200 stories and 100 exclusive and uncensored photos to collect and enjoy. While I guess you could call this a hentai game, the visual aesthetic is more in the vein of a bastardised Western comic. Quirky, simple and playful.
Once you reach the limit and create your multi-million-dollar business you can sell and start all over again. Just like the original Fap, Men Stream leans heavily in to the gacha model. Progress stalls once you reach the mid-game and there’s a constant temptation to resort to micro-transactions to speed things up, or to finish special events. I’ve criticised this model to death, already…. but it is what it is.
2. Gay Harem

The Kinkoid title Gay Harem is a popular yaoi adult RPG with elements of visual novel style gameplay. This is another example of a straight-to-gay port where the developer clearly thought, “Hmm, replace the babes with dudes, rinse and repeat, profit.”
A gay-version of the equally successful Harem Heroes, the aim of this title is to recruit as many sexy guys as you can to join your harem. As you build and grow your group, you have to battle with other clubs to compete for rewards. To do this, you’ll need to train your harem, level up skills and ‘grind’ your way to the next stat points.
Once again, it’s a gacha model, so you have two options for advancing: time or money.
We call these games casual and passive for a reason. There’s not much intellectual challenge, and you’re not going to be stretching your membranes to solve the puzzles. The game is built to reward loyalty and grind.
If you love yaoi style animation and gay visual novels, you’ll get some kicks out of Gay Harem. The artwork is almost identical to the straight version, but re-skinned with hunks, twinks and bears and studs.
One thing I’ll say about the developer, Kinkoid: they sure know how to keep a money printing machine rolling. There are tons of daily missions and grinding to do in order to keep levelling up and if you’re not careful then Gay Harem can really eat up a lot of your spare time.
3. 3D Gay Villa 2

3D Gay Villa 2 is an old-school 3D gay sex simulator for PC users, targeted squarely at male-on-male action.
Developed by Thrixxx, this is the gay re-skin of 3D Sex Villa 2, a title known for its cult following, even if the graphics and animations have aged badly over the last few years.
3D Gay Villa 2 lets you customize your own character and live out your fantasies in a virtual fucking sandbox. Want to tweak the appearance of your virtual avatar? Go ahead. Fancy adjusting the setting, positioning, or even the angle of the next deep thrust? No problem!
One of the central appeals of Thrixxx games has always been the huge community of other players. Step away from the game, venture in to the forums, and you’ll find users sharing their erotic content, networking with other players, and building their own on-screen relationships.
I was a regular on their forums back in the mid-2010s. It’s clear that activity has dipped significantly over the years. I’m not sure if the developer has plans to roll out a sequel, but it will take an overhaul of the dated graphics to restore this title to its former glories.
4. Men Bang

Men Bang is a casual clicker, developed by Endless Fun for the Nutaku platform.
This is the sort of passive game where you can amass hundreds of hours of playtime and then wake up one day thinking: “What the fuck was I trying to achieve there?“
The game unfolds with you taking on the role of aspiring amateur porn director, and its your job to try and convince as many star-struck men as possible to perform for your camera. In keeping with most of these games, the story plays second fiddle to the endless stat farming.
There are around 30 characters to seduce, including hentai versions of famous AV stars. With each character comes unique scenarios and explicit gay content (a bunch of nude poses). The rest of the time you’ll be cruising for events and mini-games, trying to max out your stats without resorting to real-world currency.
Winning or losing is built around time-based stat progression, as you train your guys to compete against other players. He with the best stats takes the spoils. This adds up to the type of game you’ll be leaving idle in the background for long chunks of time if you want to make progress without going P2W.
5. Coming Out On Top

Now for a title with a lot more polish and substance. Coming Out On Top is a beautifully rendered gay dating sim by ObscuraSoft.
A hybrid erotic visual novel, C.O.O.T is one of the most critically acclaimed gay games on our list. It’s regularly ranked top of the gay NSFW games on platforms like Steam, and with one play through, it’s easy to see why.
You play the role of a college senior who has just come out of the closet, ready to head on a journey of sexual discovery. With the help of your roommates, you navigate your way through different dates with very different guys. Some of the writing borders a little close to “unintentionally funny” for my liking, with some massive cliches in the dialog, but I can’t deny: it’s packed full of character and atmosphere.
In total, there are 16 men to hook up with and over 80 full scene illustrations. Keep in mind, though, there is a separate uncensored of the game if you want to unlock the full smut.
Coming Out On Top is the fantasy life many gay men wish they’d had at college. And for those lucky guys who actually lived this dream, this is a chance to reminisce. In all, there are six long routes to complete this game with a dozen or so extra dates you can take to beef up the action.
6. Blush Blush

Blush Blush is an idle gay dating game by Sad Panda Studios. It’s simple enough to play mindlessly, and that’s the main selling point: simple idle gay gaming fun.
Compared to most of our other xxx selections, the content here is SFW by default and the storylines are more romantic than hardcore. That’s unless you opt for the 18+ uncut edition, which I assume most of you will. 😉
No prizes for guessing the formula here: Blush Blush is a jazzed-up version of the smash-hit Crush Crush, featuring unlockable guys instead of girls. Much of the cheeky wit and whimsical artwork remains the same, but there’s big caveat: Blush Blush leans heavily in to micro transactions, much more so than its straight counterpart.
The cynic in me suggests this is a case of cranking up the aggressive monetisation to compensate for a smaller user-base. I’ve played both games and earning diamonds to speed up progression feels slower, with far less flexibility, than it did in the female version — a notable shove towards P2W.
7. Fantasy Football Locker Stalker

Fantasy Football Locker Stalker is a real wildcard and isn’t that widely known is the gay gaming community, which is a shame. This is a fun little concept that deserves some attention.
The game will appeal to any voyeurs, and is based around an obsessive fan who (as the name might suggest) stalks his football team in the locker room. Using a pocket spycam, you have to sneak into changing area of the Vegas Jacks and take snaps and steal jockstraps — all without getting caught.
Featuring over 60 saucy, hand drawn illustrations, the spycam footage is reward enough for your efforts. You’ll encounter twinks, hunks, jocks and other dudes in various states of unsuspecting undress.
It’s original, creatively designed and the comic-style spreads are beautifully drawn.
Created by Big Fingers, this developer is known for some other quirky enjoyable gay games, including See No Evil and Bastard Bonds. Both are worth checking out!
8. Booty Calls: Men At Work

Booty Calls: Men At Work is a gay dating sim built around a set of challenges and adult puzzles. It’s yet another example of a straight title (Booty Calls) receiving a male-makeover to reach the ‘gayming’ audience.
Men At Work starts with you being employed as the personal assistant of your best friend’s dad, Owen Thorn. Thorn is a powerful social media and entertainment mogul so he knows plenty of famous faces. As the game begins, you’re introduced to two of those faces — Max and Mateo, who you can then interact with and take on dates.
The dates start off pretty tame. Each guy asks you a question and you’ll choose an answer based on what you know about his personality. Answer well and you’ll get a cash reward. Get it wrong and your rewards are reduced. In my review playthrough, I spammed through these pretty mindlessly and quickly saw the error of my ways.
From a grinding perspective, you don’t wanna get these questions wrong since you only get to talk to each hunk ten times in 24 hours.
Wrong answers put a dent in your ability to apply ‘power-ups’ to the increasingly difficult match3 puzzles when you go on dates with these characters. Each of these puzzles leading up to the final ‘sex date’ requires an increasing amount of game-world currency, which is code to say that Booty Calls really wants you to pay for the good stuff with your real-world cash.
The Men At Work grind isn’t the worst I’ve seen in this genre, but the game could do with a few more animations and action-shots beyond the current rewards (which is basically just still-shot nude pics).
9. Cockville

Cockville is a hilarious gay romper that combines farming simulation with a whole lot of cock. It works in the style of time management game, but instead of farming crops for market, you get rewarded with an array of handsome men… and their well-appointed packages.
Cockville uses the popular production line systems that are so popular in games like Farmville, but incorporates elements of a visual novel, in to what is essentially a dating game set on a farm.
Typical gameplay involves maintaining your farm, producing crops and looking after the animals. But the key here is to keep your male punters happy, and that invariably involves getting fucked or doing the fucking.
Cockville has ten different characters to romance, each with different demands and a distinct personality to go with them. The game has more than 100 sexy animated scenes (in a very Western art style). You’ll have to grind your balls off to unlock them all, and in keeping with Nutaku’s other gay games, the temptation to splash real cash is ever present.
10. Bara Giants

Bara Giants is a gay erotic visual novel produced by Male Doll. This is a flexible little title and you can play it either in Visual Novel mode or as a JPRG (with levelling up functionality) for extra interactivity.
The kinky story is a little bit out there for my usual tastes, especially when you throw in the giant man-lovin’ bears whose dicks you will literally be riding — you basically have to complete missions in an underground world where giants are king.
Known as the ‘society of pleasure’, you’ll choose one of the two giant leaders and please them as they demand. These aren’t your typical fairy-tale behemoths — they’re muscular, handsome, and desperate for your cock.
There are some obvious BDSM overtones throughout, and it’s reflected in some dingy macrophilia-fuelled H scenes. You get to choose whether to play as a sub or a Dom and work your way through various storylines to reach one of the five possible endings.
It’s not the most challenging game (the preferred answers are pretty obvious, and it’s usually a case of Answer A or Answer B), but I can’t say I’ve seen many gay games wired up to the macrophilia fetish, so if that’s your jam… you’ll definitely want a slice of this one.
11. No Thank You!!!

No Thank You!!!, created by Parade and published by MangaGamer, is a unique entry to our list. It delivers a blend of mystery, drama, and red-hot NSFW fucking and sucking.
NTY!!! takes on the form of a gay visual novel, but packs in an incredible 3,000+ CGs, far beyond pretty much any other game I’ve covered in this space.
The storyline here is surprisingly dark; far darker than you might expect from the breezy Japanese-style artwork. Our main character, Haru, loses his memory in a car accident while trying to save another man’s life. The man offers him a job in a shady jazz club, and a boys’ love adventure begins.
It sounds pretty ordinary, but the game unfolds to reveal some dark elements including abuse, non-consensual sex, violence and extreme body mutilation. Despite these intense themes, the writing ticks along nicely and there’s plenty of humor involved to lighten the mood. The rewards are some nicely animated H-scenes.
12. Cruising Room

Cruising Room is a popular gay Flash game that you can find on a variety of free adult game sites. Based around the cruising scene, this title is an adventure dating sim with plenty of hunks to seduce off the street.
The aim of the game is to use up all of your condoms and get laid any way you can. It’s a pretty simple point-and-click exploration of a stereotyped gay bar, and there are some thinly realized characters here that are less than flattering. However, the game manages to draw you in, and it isn’t as basic as it might first appear.
The retro-style graphics and gameplay give the game a nostalgic appeal, reminiscent of classic adventure games. Except I don’t remember there being as much horny gay sex in those.
13. The Radiator 2 Collection

Radiator 2, developed by Robert Yang, is an unconventional anthology of experimental, short-form games that explore gay intimacy and masculinity. This collection includes three adult gay games – Hurt Me Plenty, Succulent, and Stick Shift.
Each title will take no more than 15-30 minutes to play, so keep your expectations in line when it comes to depth!
Hurt Me Plenty is a game about spanking. You start by negotiating safe words and consent, get your spank on, and then care for your partner afterwards. This game offers an exploration of trust and intimacy within the context of BDSM.
Succulent on the other hand is a cheeky little ‘feeder’ game which lets you serve delicious treats to your very own hunk. It explores voyeurism and objectification in a loop of oral fixation.
And Stick Shift is a mind-bending late-night journey in a gay car. Yes, autoeroticism and homosexuality go hand in hand here to bring you one of the weirdest gay sex games in the genre.
These experimental games have earned Yang over 150,000 fans on Steam. They’re all free to play on PC or Mac. Full of fan service, but kinda weird: you’ll either love ‘em or hate ‘em.
14. Guy Selector
Guy Selector is an interactive gay porn game in the style of a Choose Your Own Adventure novel. There is limited gameplay and most of the action revolves around watching gay porn — of which there is lots, since the site is part of the BangBros network.
Guy Selector is basically a way to interact with hot gay porn scenes, via a decision-making process that gets you ‘involved’ with the storyline.
To play the ‘game’, you load up a new video, start watching, and decide what happens next at important junctions in the storyline. In keeping with a title designed by a major porn studio, the choices are limited by the scenes that they’ve managed to film.
So don’t be surprised if your options boil down to Suck, Fuck or Chuck.
It’s not exactly suspenseful, but it’s fun to have some control over the action. Right down to the name, Guy Selector is a male-on-male copycat of the Life Selector model. If you’re looking for an interactive gay porn experience, you can see how it works on their site.
Are There Any Decent Gay MMOs?

If you want to interact with other real-life gay gamers, I’ve found 3 options that fit the bill, although none of them are explicitly advertised as gay MMOs.
- Red Light Center – Not exclusively a gay game, but it’s got a ton of gay content. Red Light Center is a massively multiplayer online game, famous for its cyber sex. It’s an adult virtual world that works a bit like Second Life, but without any beating around the bush. You can create a custom avatar, explore red light district themed environments, interact with other players, and chat filth to your heart’s content. - Yareel – Another 3D sex game where you can customize your avatar and have cyber sex with other real-life players, except the action is contained to a single room. Like Red Light Center, Yareel isn’t specifically gay, but it offers options for all sexual preferences. My only issue here is the number of online users. - 3D Gay Villa 2 – This is a single-player game rather than an MMO, but it’s got some novel community features. Gay Villa 2 lets you create and control a virtual gay sex scene in a detailed 3D environment. While you can’t directly interact with other players, you can share your custom scenarios, characters, and scenes with the online community.
