So, you’re looking for games that bring the whips, chains, and safe words? You’re in the right dungeon!
I mean… if you’re going to live out your fantasies, why not go the full hog and choose a game that piles on the filth? That’s the premise of the BDSM genre: smut dialled up to the maximum.
Below, I take a look at 11 of the top-rated BDSM games — these are titles that steer well and truly clear of ‘vanilla’ action.
They feature hardcore sex, extreme bondage, and depravity that you won’t find in mainstream sex titles. Come in with an open mind, but expect to leave with a guilty boner. 😉
What Are The Best BDSM Porn Games?
If we take a look at the wider adult gaming market, it’s not hard to find games that dabble in themes of bondage and BDSM. One of the dirty pleasures of playing any porn game is there’s no need for inhibition: so the kink factor is expressed in force.
In reviewing these games, I spent a lot of time roleplaying scenarios that have never even crossed my mind in the bedroom IRL. From extreme rope play to medieval shackles and futuristic fucking machines.
Oh yes.
1. City of Sin 3D
I dove into City of Sin 3D hoping for a sinful sandbox, and it did not disappoint. This game is basically a 3D adult playground (slash sex simulator) where you roam a sandbox full of opportunity for sex and debauchery.
That’s not to say that it’s all about the BDSM…
The beauty of this title is you can skin it up and customise the encounters to be pretty much whatever you need it to be. There’s precious little in the way of a storyline… nope, it’s classic simulator fap-fodder.
You select characters, choose set piece scenarios and command the action with various controls, zoom tools and rotation selectors. Some of these encounters are fairly vanilla, others rank highly on the kink scale. But the quality of the animations is where the magic happens.
CoS3D sits at the top of my list for one major reason: it looks absolutely stunning.
The graphics are driven by Unreal Engine 5, and, as you can see from the screenshot above, there’s a real pop to these characters. Every last freckle and bead of sweet is deliciously depicted. Restraining these beauties and laying down the law is a real treat.
I recommend playing on PC for the best experience (although it should work on Android too).
2. BDSM Time
https://www.nutaku.net/games/bdsm-time/
Alright, sickos… while we’re on the subject of BDSM sex simulators…
How would you like to play a first-person BDSM sim starring a cute girl next door who secretly loves pain?
BDSM Time scratches that very specific itch. I fired up this Nutaku gem and was immediately introduced to Haneul, an 18-year-old with a sweet face and a masochistic streak. The game wastes no time – within minutes, I had Haneul strapped down in my dungeon “playroom” and a menu of delightful implements at my disposal.
What happened next… I’ll keep to myself. But needless to say, BDSM Time is a single-player simulation all about testing Haneul’s limits.
You can get started with the spanking toolkit: crops, paddles, floggers of varying sizes. Each has its own animation and Haneul will yelp or moan accordingly. The dildo machines and vibrators are where things get wild – you can set up a pretty scary-looking fucking machine, and with a click, send Haneul into bliss (and yes, there’s squirming and actual fluid effects for the finish).
As for the story… what story!?
Beyond the basic background of Haneul, there’s little in the way of plot to worry yourself with here. BDSM Time is just a series of highly-charged sexual encounters, with some pretty epic graphics and a hearty dose of bondage to keep your trousers tented.
3. 3DXChat
I’ve been a user of 3DXChat for a while, and let me tell you, it’s basically the gold standard for adult multiplayer worlds. In fact, it’s one of the few adult titles to successfully draw players away from Second Life and IMVU.
Imagine a sandbox MMO purely focused on social sex: you create a sexy avatar, roam through player-made nightclubs and dungeons, and hook up with others in real time. The game doesn’t bill itself solely as BDSM, but the community is huge. And it doesn’t take long to stumble into the kink.
Let loose behind virtual avatars, and with the ability to chat in real-time, there’s no limits to the types of fantasies that gets discussed (and acted out) in 3DX. I’ve stumbled into everything from rope suspension parties to full-on latex fetish raves.
This title truly shines if you’re into roleplaying. You can be a Dom, sub, switch, furry, demon, whatever – the game lets you fully customize your avatar’s look, gender, and attire (yes, including latex suits, gimp masks, and thigh-high boots if that’s your thing).
Likewise, the World Editor is legendary. Build your own dungeon, sex castle or depraved lair… and kit it out, however you want. Some users have already built entire “Pain Palaces” that you can visit, complete with intricate trap rooms and voyeur galleries.
4. Chick Wars
https://www.nutaku.net/games/cunt-wars/
On a lighter (but no less leather-clad) note, let’s turn our attention to Chick Wars. This one is a bit different from the others on the list – it’s more of a guilty-pleasure mix of card-battler and harem collector with a coat of BDSM-ish aesthetics.
You can play this one on your phone (if you have an Android), although sadly it’s not yet available on iPhones. The mobile access is pretty handy, though, because this is classic gacha fare: an addictive BDSM game you’ll want to grind whenever possible.
Chick Wars is best described as a strategy card game. You assemble a squad of sexy fighters (each represented by a card with stats and a lewd pic). Battles are turn-based on a grid, pretty easy to pick up. Win battles, and you advance the campaign and get rewards.
Now, where does BDSM come in? Mostly in the character designs and the H-scenes. Many of the heroines you recruit are clearly fetish-themed. For example, one of my early units was a vampire dominatrix who literally wields a whip and wears thigh-high boots and a corset. Another was a mecha-girl in what amounts to a latex bodysuit, who explicitly is described as “anal-inclined” (I kid you not).
Of course, we’ve gotta address the elephant in the room – the gacha mechanics. Nutaku games are notorious for getting you hooked and then cranking up the grind factor. The idea is that you’ll either commit dozens more hours to the game, or cave in and Pay-to-Win. Either way, the developer is happy.
5. Hornstown
Hornstown (or Hard Times in Hornstown) is not an exclusively BDSM game, but there is plenty of fetish content to enjoy, including feminization, voyeurism, MtF and FtM transformations and exhibitionism. It’s grown since 2017 to become the world’s largest text-based fetish porn game.
Of course, it wouldn’t be on this list if it didn’t include a great range of domination and submission. Spoiler: it does!
You start with a customized avatar that can navigate and explore the environment using text-based options. Each day that passes, you accumulate a mix of money, experience, intelligence, charm, fitness and skill points. Choose a storyline and decide what to do with your time, and away you go.
Your job will determine the kind of game you experience and the people you meet. These characters range from maid and hotel attendants to gimps, sissies and cam whores.
Each character has a different fetish, sexual orientation and personality, so will influence what kind of sexual adventures you can explore. For example, you can hit up the stylist, Lily, at his salon and meet a man who is into D/s, chastity, humiliation and threesomes. He is a self-proclaimed ‘extreme bitch’ and shows up in the Sissy and Maid storylines.
On the whole, I found Hornstown highly addictive with a mind-blowing variety of storylines and plot twists. It contains a staggering 5.5 million words of text. Though most of the game is text-based, there are 1000+ images rendered in 3D, plus a dynamic avatar to reflect your customized character.
6. Red Light Center
Entering Red Light Center (RLC) is like stepping into a time capsule of adult online gaming – but one that’s still very much alive and kicking (or whipping).
RLC has been around since 2005(!), making it a granddaddy of the genre, but it’s earned its stripes. It’s an online virtual world modeled after Amsterdam’s infamous red-light district. It’s similar in some ways to 3DXChat, but without the polish (or the trendy marketing drive from cam girls and adult vloggers).
There are nightclubs, bars, strip joints, and of course lots of private rooms. The whole place screams early-2000s in its interface and graphics (a bit dated compared to newer games), but once I adjusted, I discovered a surprisingly rich BDSM scene woven into RLC’s fabric.
For a start, RLC has dedicated BDSM venues and mechanics. In-game, there are “themed rooms available for BDSM play” complete with appropriate props (and an entire ecosystem of customisable items).
I teleported to an official BDSM dungeon space and it had spanking benches, chains on the walls, and a few ominous looking devices. As a VIP member (you’ll need VIP to do the explicit stuff), I could use the sex menu on these props. The way RLC works: you and a partner hop onto a prop or a triggered spot, and a menu of animations/positions pops up. We cycled through some classics – a flogging animation, a kneeling oral service, a good old over-the-knee spanking.
Keep in mind, this is a multiplayer game… so my digital companion could be literally anybody (don’t get catfished, boys). There’s no denying, though, BDSM has an extra edge when you replace the NPCs with living breathing cyber-spouting freaks.
7. SinVR
SinVR is an award-winning BDSM sex simulator with a unique advantage over its rivals: each bondage scene can be explored in virtual reality by strapping on a supported headset.
If you are a bondage fan who hasn’t yet experienced a VR porn game immersion, boy, you’re in for a real treat. This title takes kink-fuelled immersion to the next level.
At the surface level, SinVR operates like any other sex simulator. Firing up SinVR, I browsed a catalog of scenarios – many are fetish-themed. There was stuff like “Dungeon Slave”, “School Detention”, “Office Boss”, and more vanilla ones like “Beach Babe”. Naturally, I jumped into the dungeon scenario.
In VR, it plopped me into a medieval-style stone dungeon room. Before me: a voluptuous woman in chains, blindfolded, wearing only tatters of cloth. She reacts to my presence, purring some lines about “Do what you wish, Master.” Now, SinVR isn’t exactly a game with win/lose; it’s more like an interactive porn scene. I could use my VR controllers (or mouse if not in VR) to touch, spank, use toys that are placed around the set.
Yes, there were conveniently placed whips and a flogger on a table! I picked up a flogger (in VR it felt fairly intuitive to grab objects) and gave her a few test swings. She gasped and her body reacted (there’s a basic physics system so her skin jiggles where you hit). A UI meter indicated how much pain/pleasure I was inflicting – it helps you not overdo it unless that’s what you want.
There’s a raft of cool features built in to this sandbox, including… ironically, safewords (lol). The graphics are OK; nothing amazing compared to, say, Virt-a-Mate.
My main complaint with this series is the grabbiness of the DLCs. You have to cough up a fair old chunk of cash if you want to access each of the additional virtual girls. Most are priced $9.99 — pricy pricy.
8. Sociolotron
Sociolotron is an adult-themed, massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) game, with dashes of BDSM mixed in with a unique concept unlike any I’ve seen before.
Set in a dystopian future (where London meets a fantasy world), the title emphasizes the social and societal aspects of how we interact with each other. You interact virtually with real-life players within Sociolotron, form alliances, battle, and even decide on laws and rules that govern the in-game society.
As you might expect, there’s a learning curve here. It’s not the sort of game you drop in to and master in five minutes. There’s also the rather crazy sticking point that your character can be murdered in-game. Permanently.
This is a massively complex world, with a multi-level BDSM system catering to a comprehensive slave and dom hierarchy combined with support for bondage, chains and more. The BDSM mechanism in Sociolotron isn’t just about sex; it’s intertwined with power dynamics and social standing.
You can have cyber sex with other players, but if you were hoping for rich graphics or a visual turn-on, prepare to be disappointed. The graphics in Sociolotron are hilariously basic, particularly compared to some other entries on this list. However, what it might lack in visual finesse, it makes up for with a unique concept that is truly unlike any other game I’ve played before.
Membership is $4 for the first month and then $9.95 for each month after. After six months, the subscription goes down to $8.95; after a year, it reduces further to $7.95 per month.
There is allegedly a Socialotron 2 in development, although I’ve heard no news on a possible release date.
9. Femdomination 2
https://news.citor3.com/games/femdomination-2
Femdomination 2 is the follow-up to Citor3’s popular femdom fantasy simulator, which has both VR and non-VR support. If you’re a fan of the genre, you’re gonna love these sissy set-pieces.
Released in February 2022, the game invites you into its universe with a quick introductory scene highlighting three gameplay modes: Arousal, Experience, and Developer. From there, you can dive into one of the four available bondage scenes— Orientation, The Slave, The Chair, The Dungeon, or the Temple hub that serves as a portal to each locale.
(There’s also a nod towards future expansion, suggesting more content is on the horizon.)
I met some beautifully-crafted dominatrixes, brought to life with precise proportions and movements despite minor clipping that seemed a bit out of place.
Admittedly, the game falls a little short in facial expressions, with models appearing somewhat robotic during the sex scenes, and I also noticed a few disconnects between the model and the audio. These are minor setbacks. If getting smacked around is your thing… well, uh, come on in.
Even though you can complete the game in a few hours, Femdomination 2 is designed for replayability, encouraging an encore experience with different models and unique outcomes each time around.
Priced at $39, this is a worthy BDSM game for anybody looking to roleplay some female domination or virtual slavery. Like SinVR, the game is best enjoyed with a VR headset.
10. Hurt Me Plenty
https://radiatoryang.itch.io/hurt-me-plenty
Hurt Me Plenty is a simple spanking simulator available as a standalone game or as part of a triptych of games in Radiator 2.
A basic but well-rendered 3D simulator, Hurt Me Plenty is enjoyable to play — even if it is literally just a simple spanking simulator. I’m not sure what I expected, but what’s here is pure fan-service.
The title was designed for BDSM communities to mirror the intimacy aspect of roleplay and the issue of consent, using something more realistic like gestures rather than ‘tokens.’
It doesn’t require a great deal of introduction. The game allows players to spank a male partner in some light bondage play.
There are three stages in Hurt Me Plenty: the consent, where you agree to the terms of the game (and a safe word to use with your submissive), plus setting up things like what they will wear. The second stage is spanking, with the last being the all-important ‘after-care.’
If you enjoy the gameplay, donations are very much welcomed by the developer.
11. Damsels of Vice
https://www.nutaku.net/games/damsels-of-vice/
Next, we have Damsels of Vice, another hentai BDSM porn game from Nutaku, which blends the kinky world of BDSM with a traditional anime aesthetic.
It’s a party-based RPG, meaning you control a team of heroines in turn-based combat (think old-school JRPG style).
You take on the role of a ‘Dominant’, tasked with recruiting and training a host of anime babes – aka, your ‘damsels.’ As is so often the case with these battle games, the story is an afterthought. It’s all about the battle mechanics, skill levelling-up and lewd combat.
This game covers bondage, transformation (bimbofication/hypnosis), humiliation, and yes, lesbian sex (since the cast is mostly female and the villain’s aim is to make them all nymphos for her cause). It’s fairly light-hearted in tone – like, no brutal torture here, more like Saturday morning peril scenarios with an X-rated outcome.
And, yes, on that note… I thoroughly enjoyed the titty-fuelled combat.
As a hentai game, Damsels of Vice shines with its Japanese-style artwork and gameplay. Each damsel is beautifully rendered in that classic anime way, with vibrant colors, expressive faces, and detailed costumes. Scenes and settings are brought to life with lush backgrounds and atmospheric effects.
If you’re looking for a photo-realistic BDSM game full of believable hardcore sex, well, Damsels of Vice is not the game for you. This is a light and playful take on the bondage genre, underpinned by engaging turn-based RPG gameplay. I say “light and playful”, but if you lose, you are fucked. Literally.
Try it on hard mode and trust me: you’re gonna wake up sore in the morning.
In the end, the best BDSM game for you will depend on your tastes – do you want a lightweight laugh and some spanking, or an epic journey of domination?
We’ve covered pretty much every angle… but I’m sure we’ll have missed some classics!
