Porn clickers are the dirty version of idle games: perfect for blowing an hour on mindless gameplay.
All you need to do is click (or tap) repeatedly to earn currency, which you can use to acquire new game world resources, which can be used to acquire currency faster. The loop repeats, getting incrementally harder, with the rewards scaling up exponentially to justify your hours of grind.
I’ve always thought idle games are unfairly looked down on.
Critics say they lack any substantial ‘gameplay’; designed to tap in to dopamine hits but rarely offering much else. Well, sure, but I like my dopamine hits, and in the case of porn clickers… not everybody wants to be intellectually challenged while finding something to fap to, right? 😉
What Are The Best Porn Clicker Games?
Man, where do we even start? Take one look at a clicker-heavy network like Nutaku and you’ll see that there are hundreds of casual/idle games available.
Many are the same gameplay mechanics strapped to a different roleplay scenario and reskinned with different tits. Most fall into the wider hentai gaming genre.
Here’s my pick on the bunch:
1. Fap CEO

Fap CEO is a clicker casual idle game by BoomBox Games. It comes with a few dating sim elements and a lot of heavy-chested hentai babes. This is one of my favorite of Nutaku’s porn mogul sims, and it’s probably their most famous clicker title.
As the name suggests, you’re a CEO of a growing video chat conglomerate. Your job is to expand your business by earning money and hiring employees while having sex with as cam girls as possible. Ever heard the quote: “Don’t shit on your own doorstep“? This CEO never got the memo.
You’ll spend much of the game balls-deep in your inbox wading through messages from employees and potential hires. If that sounds too much like the real world, don’t worry, this inbox is a little different from the average 9-5. The women hitting you with spam are all super keen to join your fledgling cam empire. And they’re willing to put out to prove it.
If you dig under the hood, Fap CEO is basically a resource management sim. You pick and choose which girls to hire, then set about training them up to maximise profit from horny punters. The payoff for this hard work is regular doses of explicit hentai artwork: the fruits of your labour.
2. Attack on Moe H

Attack on Moe H puts an adult RPG-spin on the traditional clicker mechanics, but the action is fast and furious. This game has zero chill.
From the second you load it, you’re smacking a towering titty demon with a glowing pink sword while your team of waifus sits below, dishing out auto-DPS like they’re running a booth at Hentai Expo.
Gameplay is simple and stupidly satisfying. You click. A lot. Every few levels there’s a boss battle where you tap furiously to “tame” a giant Moetan… which is like a kind of horny kaiju girl (with ridiculous tatties).
Attack on Moe plays into the monster girl theme with countless animated, uncensored sex scenes. I wasn’t really sure what to expect playing a clicker that promotes bee girls, dog girls and cow girls as the ultimate payoff. It’s an acquired taste, for sure.
Or at least — it does at the start. AOMH has that classic gacha trait where progress stalls after a few hours of gameplay and you’ll suddenly find that it’s taking a really long time to strip down the monster girls (your primary goal). Ultimately you are incentivised to drop cash on micro-transactions… or play the waiting game.
Attack on Moe H also has a unique art style that I wouldn’t normally go in for. It’s a bit too fantastical and cartoony, but that’s just my personal taste. If you like your girls part-monster, you’ll be right at home.
3. Crush Crush Moist & Uncensored

You ever fallen in love with a girl by crashing your bike into her? Uhhh… no? Well in Crush Crush Moist & Uncensored, that’s pretty much your origin story. Every single meet-cute starts with you destroying someone’s day (or property), then putting in some proper graft to make up for it with gifts, jobs, and heartfelt groveling.
Yep, your main goal is to make amends and build affection, one click at a time — which starts off easy, but gets incrementally harder (and more time consuming) as you progress through the available girls. By the time I reached the latter stages, these otaku babes were putting in requests that had me mouthing: “You for real?” and trying to calculate how many real-life days I’d have to commit to keep her satisfied.
Unlike most of the other clickers on our list, strategy comes into play here. The girls have unique requirements that you need to fulfil, even once you automate the rest of the game.
As for graphics, it isn’t the best of the best (neither is the music). But the simple addictive gameplay is enough to whittle away the hours chasing those final sexual payoffs. A popular time-based stat grinder.
4. Kink Inc

Developed by Tender Troupe, Kink Inc offers a filthy fusion of idle clicker, management sim, and a glorified workplace dating game (unlike any workplace I’ve experienced personally).
As Dick Ruff, mayor and entrepreneur, you’ll begin your company with nothing more than a bit of cash and some employees. You’re recovering from an accident of your own making — ordering far too many dildos online!
Of course, it’s happened to the best of us.
Sleeping with the right women at the time is key to getting ahead. The game is broken down in to multiple chapters and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the sexual payoffs are somewhat generous compared to the usual NSFW clicker style (e.g. hold back as much as possible and pray we lose patience).
The artwork is nothing you’ve seen before, thanks to Tender Troupe’s unique in-house style. While a lot of the clickers I’ve played have veered heavily towards the Japanese style of anime, Kink Inc has more of a western Comic-book vibe.
If you’ve ever wanted to seriously violate the HR-department’s best practices, take this one for a spin. 🍆
5. Fap Titans

Fap Titans is one of Nutaku’s most popular and revisited hentai clickers. It’s basically your typical clicker RPG meets hentai harem builder. Every level-up (progressively harder) comes with less clothing and more moaning.
This one’s been around a while. It’s got that classic Nutaku-era energy: bouncy 2D girls, flashy idle combat, event spam galore, and a UI that looks like it was designed during a very horny hackathon. But despite its advancing years, Fap Titans still slaps. Literally. That’s how you play. Over and over and over again.
You’re a hero (obviously), tasked with defeating waves of “monsters”, and they are mostly cute demon girls, slime babes, and other animated excuses to unlock new CGs. You click to attack, hire allies to deal auto-damage, and level up your team to progress through zones. Every few stages, a “boss” appears. Beat her before the timer runs out and she joins your harem gallery.
This can be done almost completely passively by letting the game run in the background, which is useful since, once again, the incremental slope of this game is kinda nuts.
One thing to note: Fap Titans has so many events. Seasonal babes, crossover collabs, even a weird Monopoly-style side game (“Fapopoly,” yes really). The devs kept piling on features until the game started wheezing under its own horny weight.
Eventually you hit the part where it’s like: “Collect 40 tokens to proceed”… and you get 3 per hour? Do the maths. Or, more realistically, buy the event pack.
6. The Lodge

So, The Lodge. I didn’t know what the hell I was getting into when I booted this up. It’s a clicker. It’s a management game. It’s a narrative slow-burn. It’s also the weirdest adult game I’ve played that didn’t involve tentacles or dating your own clone.
It basically sees you renting suburban apartments to some very enticing young ladies. You’ll join them throughout their stay, unlocking their stories and ultimately invading their weekend away with your massive animated schlong. What’s not to love?
On paper, it’s a standard idle sim. You assign the girls to different rooms (lounge, spa, gym, etc), and they generate resources over time. You then use that to upgrade the Lodge’s facilities, unlock new areas, and expand your roster of guests.
As the game progresses, you’ll receive new rental requests and get to choose who enjoys your company. Once they’re ‘checked in’, you can slowly work on building affection and ultimately bundling them in to the sack. Nice.
The art is polished, semi-realistic, and elegant in a way that makes the sex scenes feel more… intimate. There’s less “HEEEEERE’S THE TITTIES” and more slow fades, camera pans, suggestive dialogue.
7. Chick Empire

Chick Empire is basically a playable sex comedy about building a multi-million dollar adult content empire from the ground up… starring real porn stars, NFT-named currencies, and so on.
It’s brought to you by the same developer behind Chick Wars, another popular incremental passive game.
Here you assign girls to various adult businesses — a cam site, a brothel, a toy shop, a literal bondage gym — and they generate income passively. You can manually click them for bursts of profit (because of course you can), but the real juice is in automation and scaling.
Each business has its own upgrade track, and each performer you hire has traits that make them better suited to specific kinks or industries. Pair your goth domme with the dungeon? Revenue explosion. Put your MILF in the sex toy store? Ca-ching.
This is one of several “porn empire mogul sims” on Nutaku, and while Fap CEO is my favorite, I got some decent kicks out of Chick Empire too. For a while.
The problem is the insane progression curve. You can rig a damn auto-clicker to play Chick Empire on your behalf and it’s still going to struggle to keep up with the necessary grind. Levelling up in the latter episodes without spending real world money is a real chore, and in my opinion, a case of the idling dynamic gone too far.
8. Hentai Clicker

Studio Kinkoid released Hentai Clicker in 2019 and it’s been gaining a steady stream of momentum. This is one of Kinkoid’s most successful forays into purebred clicker degeneracy: you tap your way through increasingly naked anime girls until your fingers or your dignity give out. Whichever comes first.
You’re not going to play this title for the voice acting (there isn’t any) and you won’t feel like keeping your sound on (one annoying track plays on a continuous loop), but you’ll probably stick around for the hentai smut. The visuals are tasty — from the facial expressions to the background art to the way the girls fidget as you touch them, I enjoyed it a lot.
As for the story… what story lol?
The basic premise of Hentai Clicker is that you’re the only man in the game world who can make women cum. It’s not a bad reputation to have, and thus you’ll spend most of your time battling off anime cuties while trying to fill their ‘Excitement’ meter and unlock their strip shows.
There’s a big downside to Hentai Clicker — there aren’t any proper sex scenes. The girls appear on your screen, get naked, and disappear. Don’t get me wrong; it’s a nice little show while it lasts, but it feels a little stingy.
With recent development stalled, I would suggest trying Kinkoid’s other famous clicker instead: Harem Heroes.
9. Fap CEO: Men Stream

Prefer guys to gals? Fap CEO: Men Stream could just be the adult clicker for you.
I put Fap CEO at the top of my list — as it’s probably the clicker that I come back to more than most. Well, Fap CEO: Men Stream is the obvious alternative if you’re looking for the same gameplay mechanics but hunks instead of babes.
It’s basically a reskinned version of the original Fap CEO.
The only issue is that the developer (BoomBox Games) doesn’t seem to commit the same hours in to adding content to the male spin-off. I haven’t played this version extensively, but it’s clear that BoomBox is prioritising its straight version with the larger market share.
10. Fake Lay World

Fake Lay World is absolutely unhinged. Like, it was clearly designed by someone who watched too much Fake Taxi.
The mood is set for an ultra-addictive clicker where you’re cast as a broke dude who inherits a taxi — and immediately starts using it (and a trunk full of disguises) to bang women in increasingly ridiculous situations. Masseuse… You’re now Dr. Touchalot. Yoga instructor… Namaste into her DMs. Fireman… That hose ain’t for putting out flames. The set pieces are fucking bonkers, but it keeps things entertaining.
Every girl you meet fires the starting gun on a new mission. She has a backstory, a kink, and a weakness. Your job is to figure out what fake identity works, max your stats enough to pull it off, then pick the right options in a dialogue sequence to score. Success = sexy scene + one more notch in your pervy gallery.
The 2D game boasts a cartoon style and a quirky world map that makes it stand out from the rest. And if the animated sex scenes weren’t already enough to capture your attention, simply turn your sound on; the moans from the girls are entirely voice acted. A nice touch.
I will warn, though, in true clicker fashion, this game is an absolute time-suck. It takes hours to reach the higher levels and typical quests will still be running long after you tap the start button.
11. Army Clicker
Out of all the XXX clickers we’ve recommended here, Army Clicker has got to be the simplest. It’s a straight-up incremental clicker: you click on enemies to kill them, earn currency, then use it to level up your girls so they can help kill more enemies.
Each “mission” is a short wave of enemies. Beat them all, move forward, and eventually unlock a piece of a comic strip featuring one of your waifu warriors. Said comics usually end with someone naked and moaning on top of a tank. Because why the hell not?
Like the women’s clothes, the storyline is barely there. While that’s a massive shortfall for some, it’s fine if you’re looking for an easy game that won’t scramble your brain cells.
UI-wise… it’s a bit of a mess. Menus overlap. Some buttons don’t explain what they do.
The lewd pics are cartoony and tongue-in-cheeky. It’s like reading a borderline NSFW comic that’s trying to straddle the market of Girls and Guns. And on that basis alone, I can imagine quite a few adult gamers will bite the bullet and give it a shot.

12. Brazzers The Game

Brazzers is one of the true powerhouse brands in the porn space. So, I guess it seemed only natural for the team to bring out an adult clicker game — aptly titled: Brazzers The Game.
Developed by Just Nice Things, this is a clicker about the porn industry itself, and is perhaps the most life-like of all the nut-worthy games we’ve reviewed here. Featuring iconic Brazzers stars like Nicolette Shea and Abella Danger, the clicker lets you experience one-to-one action with otherwise untouchable pornstars.
You’ll be overseeing the daily operations of these A-list names. From recruiting the models to showering them with sex toys to casting high-quality productions, it’s up to you to make the studio a success.
I love the concept of gamifying actual real-life pornstars and integrating some of their clips in to the action. It works nicely. You’ll find various POV cutaways mixed in with your progression, making for some payoffs that go fay beyond the average indie clicker.
Brazzers has obvious pull in the porn industry, so it will be interesting to see what branded content the company comes out with next. There’s scope for some big-name additions to this game in the future.
