What you are getting is real-life stories, experiences and opinions of swinging; pure and simple. They do however have over 164 ratings on Apple Podcasts with an overall score of 4.3 out of 5 stars.

At the heart of their show is a real sex-positive and female-centric vibe aimed at helping those couples who swing a chance to develop a stronger and more meaningful relationship.

The couple also host another other podcasts; one is called The Hedonism Show which follows Carol and David as they accompany some newbie couples on their fantasy sexplorations. The other is a sort of one-off travel show called TheSwingerCruise and was broadcast live from the deck of a recent cruise ship adventure.

A seasoned and experienced lifestyle couple, they have been together for over 16 years and have been swinging for much of this time. Their podcast is a sort of chronicle of their own experiences as well as their adventure at the popular lifestyle resort in Cancun. Some may say that there is a lot of marketing going on here for the club and this is true…to an extent…but, hey, this is their life now.

It’s a fun, slightly wacky at times and fast-paced podcast which covers some really interesting topics with recent episodes covering cock ring rights and homoerotic hormones to screwing your friends, vanilla resort refugees and of course swinging in the current climate of social distancing.

This podcast is partly to promote their travels and experiences around the clubs and resorts of North America but is also a chronicle of their lifestyle adventures. All views being their own, they have some interesting takes on some common issues from how to meet other swingers to the etiquette in different clubs.

Both are certified life coaches for the ‘Consensual non-Monogamy Lifestyle’ and offer some useful tips and advice for newcomers as well as sharing some fascinating and, at times, pretty funny real-life stories.

Together they have been on a journey of exploration into ethical polyamory and all that this lifestyle entails. From the initial realization of “Wait, my partner wants to have sex with other people” to fully embracing their new and open coupledom, On The Wet Coast is an intriguing podcast that covers a massive range of topics, ideas, advice and information from polyamorous relationships and swinging to exhibitionism, voyeurism, BDSM, pansexuality, pegging, play parties, sex toys and so much more.

Unfortunately, they don’t release regular episodes but you will get a new one every 6-8 weeks with the latest being released in February 2020.

Though principally driven around a polyamory and swinging lifestyle, the series covers pretty much everything about sex, relationships and kinks. The genre is magazine style and the hosts can just as easily bring you some sex toy reviews or an in-depth interview as well as chat about their own sexual experiences with humor, honesty and a lot of detail.

There’s no way anyone can re-listen to all 370+ episodes but there are some choice titles that are worth a listen and, going forward, any new (and regular) swingers should definitely tune in regularly to this podcast.

This podcast brings together their beliefs with their love of sex and combines them in a refreshing take on our spiritual needs as well as a our physical ones when it comes to polyamory and swinging. Don’t get us wrong, this is not all hippy, new-age BS but some very interesting ideas to reflect on…..and some sexy chat and revelations too.

They’ve covered quite a bit over the last couple of years including dirty talk, tantric sex and love in the time of Corona. Adam and Eve have also broadcast an episode with Room 77 (see above) and often get some interesting guests and co-hosts. Their latest release in April 2020, for example, featured an in-depth interview with sex therapist and sexologist Dr. Rhoda Lipscomb.

Together they shared some really interesting thoughts on how to keep your sex life alive during lockdown and how to talk to your partner about swinging.

A sort of international magazine style show, their podcasts are intimate and you can’t help but be drawn into their world as they take you on a journey covering everything from porn, hotwifing and mens body shape and cock size to swinging on drugs, picking up unicorns and flirting with the couple next door.

We really like the style of this podcast with its friendly light-hearted banter yet being informative at the same time. Though based in Australia and often covering local communities and clubs, the broad range of topics are universal so should appeal to an international audience as well.

The result is a less than ordinary alternative sex podcast and they do cover a broad range of typical topics in a fresh new way. From types of polyamorous relationships and fetishes to ‘micro-cheating’ and power exchange relationships, their views are enlightening and entertaining. Reflecting on both mainstream society, as well as the larger polyamory community’s views, they are a breath of fresh air to some ‘tired’ and well covered topics.

There is great chemistry between the hosts and they clearly enjoy what they do and are good at doing it. We’d recommend listening from episode one if you can and try to catch up to the latest release. At around an hour long each, this will take a day or so if you binge listen but will be worth the effort.

Though they’ve only released 20 episodes and these are pretty irregular, they have managed to cover some interesting topics specifically from the perspective of a same sex couple.

Which is a shame as the format and style were pretty good and the pair covered some of the usual topics with unique perspectives and with some great insight.

You can easily listen to the back catalog of podcasts over a single binge-listen and you’ll see why we included it on our list even though they aren’t active anymore.

From sex fluidity, the BDSM and kink scene to ethically opening up an existing relationship, this safe and uncensored space looked set to be a very interesting addition to the alternative sex podcast scene.

Hosted by Libby Sinback, a queer, polyamorous, on the asexual spectrum, panromantic professional relationship coach, this podcast is a practical and useful guide on living a polyamorous life and living it well.

The podcast has only been running for around five months so much of the material being discussed is centered around the current health crisis, namely living in lockdown and how to cope with disruption in your love life.

Her tone is very calming and she is clearly a great relationship coach covering some of the psychology of polyamory including attachment styles, the importance (and extent) of disclosure, couple privilege & power, ghosting and relationship ratios.

This isn’t an entertaining listen but it is an educational one so be prepared to do some thinking when you listen to these podcasts.

Bob has just reached the age of 50 and the pair are a great advertisement for older swingers and how the lifestyle can both energize and rekindle long-term relationships as well as promote an even stronger bond.

They aren’t the most regular of broadcasters with one episode per month but they are very likable with an honesty that is appreciated by their audience.

Episodes are only 25-40 minutes long so you could binge listen to catch up and bookmark their site for the next installment which is long overdue (last episode was broadcast in January 2020).

The hosts, Al and Ellie are buoyant and entertaining whilst addressing some of the most common issues that arise as a swinging couple. This can include the mundane to the ridiculous but all is handled with a signature style that is pretty infectious to listen to.

Though they are Australian, the podcast comes from their travels around the world and includes stops in Iceland, USA and Mexico. Shame they’ve stopped producing these tight little podcasts.

Chatting more formally to their guests than other hosts on our list, they manage to ask some pertinent questions of some prominent people in the poly community about how they live their lives and what the effects of this can be on other areas.

From kink dynamics and sex education to myths about polyamory, subverting jealousy and unravelling toxic monogamy to labels and break-ups, the topics are handled with care and there isn’t the same sense of fun that some of other selections bring but there is a lot of love for their subjects.

Well worth putting on your list, they release a new episode every fortnight.
