1. Buck Angel
No FTM porn star list is complete without Buck Angel – the original trans male porn icon who practically invented the genre. Buck famously made history in 2007 as the first (and so far, only) trans man to win AVN’s Transsexual Performer of the Year award.
Born in Los Angeles in 1962, Angel began his transition from female to male when he was 28 years old, initially starting testosterone treatment and then having ‘top’ surgery to remove his female breasts. Although he originally wanted a penis, the surgeries available at the time were insufficient to guarantee him a functioning or sensate phallus so he opted not to go down this route.
