Meet FCKSPACE: The ‘Airbnb’ of Porn-Friendly Rentals

Published on:

Move over, Airbnb – the adult industry has a new friend in the rental game. It’s called FCKSPACE, and despite the missing “U” in its name… the USP is exactly what you think.

The FCKSPACE platform launched in late 2025 (it’s still in a closed beta), billed as “the #1 venue marketplace for adult productions”. You might wonder, instinctively, how big can that market possibly be? Well, given the size of the adult industry – over $20 Billion in the US alone – and the immense ball ache of sourcing porn-shoot-friendly accommodation… my guess is a lot bigger than most would imagine.

To solve the problem, FCKSPACE wants to become the Airbnb of porn shoots – a service connecting content creators with private rental spaces where the owners explicitly welcome adult film crews. If you’re an adult creator who’s been kicked off mainstream rental apps just for doing your job, you can probably sympathise with what the FCKSPACE’s founders are trying to achieve: “F**k it, let’s build our own space.”

From what I’ve seen so far, this could be a real game-changer for those who need somewhere safe, sane, and adult-work-friendly to actually do the work.

Airbnb Hates Porn. FCKSPACE Was Built for It.

FCKSpace: Airbnb of adult rentals?

Finding a place to film porn has always been one of the industry’s quiet headaches.

Not because there aren’t enough swanky pads or dungeons out there – it’s because most hosts freak out when they hear the words “adult shoot”.

The mind skips to bodily fluids on upholstery, neighbour complaints, and the general weirdness of “Hmm, I wonder what happened over there…

Or worse yet… the stray, forgotten used condoms.

(Yes, there are some horror stories out there!).

So, booking a location for adult content has traditionally meant speaking in code, praying the owner doesn’t catch on, or risking last-minute cancellations.

It’s one of the reasons why America has a large and growing market of private rentals just for porn shoots. Because the truth is that using the existing platforms, like Airbnb, is riddled with risk.

Creators have had their Airbnb accounts suspended just because the platform somehow linked their identity to sex work, even when they were renting just for a normal weekend getaway.

Mainstream rental sites ban any “activities involving pornography,” and they’ll boot you if they suspect you’re using a rental to film anything hotter than a PG-13 scene. Performers resort to sneaky tactics like sliding into hosts’ DMs with careful euphemisms (“Oh, that camera equipment? It’s for a uh… bachelorette party documentary.”), or they film on the sly and hope nobody notices.

Sometimes it works. But it’s one false move and you’re banned.

For porn producers, the struggle is just as real. There’s a reason you keep seeing the same generic mansion or tacky faux-doctor’s office in countless videos. The pool of safe filming locations is absurdly small – and it doesn’t help that it’s all concentrated in one part of the country.

Ultimately, as far as the adult industry is concerned… the private rental space a broken market.

FCKSPACE popped up to fill this very gap.

A Rental Marketplace That Gets The Adult Business

FCKSpace

The concept is brilliantly simple: connect adult content creators with property owners who are totally cool with their spaces being used for porn.

No sneaking around, no code words, no last-minute freakouts. FCKSPACE’s slogan is literally “privacy, discretion, expression,” and the service is built from the ground up with sex industry professionals in mind.

Here’s how it works in a nutshell:

Creators sign up (currently the platform is invite-only while in beta) and browse listings of private spaces that have been handpicked and vetted for adult shoots.

Each host explicitly agrees that, yes, they know what FCKSPACE is about and they’re fine renting to porn crews. In fact, many hosts might even tailor their space to be film-friendly. According to FCKSPACE, you can search for amenities like “dungeon” or “liquid-friendly” spaces – try asking Airbnb for a squirt-safe room and see how that goes down! Spoiler: Like a lead balloon.

On the creator side, FCKSPACE aims to make the process straightforward and stress-free. You find a spot you like, you can communicate openly with the host about your project’s needs (no need to dance around the nature of your shoot), and you know upfront what’s allowed or provided.

Are you planning a BDSM scene that might get loud? Is there a pool for a wet-and-wild shoot? FCKSPACE listings would let you know if the spot can handle it. No more “hope the Wi-Fi is good and the neighbors are deaf, YOLO!” anxiety – you’ll know if a place is isolated or soundproofed… before it becomes a shoot-breaking problem.

And because all user identities are verified internally and kept private (no public profiles shouting your real name), creators don’t have to fear exposing their legal identity to hosts or other users.

This, as we’ve seen, is a major problem with Airbnb and other private rental platforms.

FCKSPACE basically acts as a buffer, ensuring that when you book a space, you’re not treated as a liability.

Hosts, on the other hand, get some perks too. They’re dealing with vetted creators who have gone through FCKSPACE’s checks, so less worry about truly sketchy randoes. They receive clear project details and have communication tools to set expectations with creators.

If a host only allows, say, a ten-person crew maximum or has rules about certain types of content, that’s all discussed up front.

This transparency is huge because, let’s face it, a lot of mainstream hosts freak out simply due to uncertainty. Remove the unknowns and suddenly a willing host can make extremely good money renting out that chic beachside villa for a day-long shoot – much more than he/she could with a conventional Airbnb arrangement.

What the Founders and Execs Are Saying

The idea for FCKSPACE didn’t come out of thin air – it was born from firsthand frustration. Shawn Doc, the founder and CEO of FCKSPACE, has said he noticed that while adult creators have plenty of tools to sell content online, there’s “almost nothing that supports the production side” of their work.

Posting, selling, promoting – sure, there’s OnlyFans and many others.

But when it comes to actually making the content (you know, the part where you need a camera crew, a location, and maybe a swing or two), creators were on their own. “Imagine a platform that doesn’t ban creators for their profession but actually supports and celebrates them,” Doc said.

Launch Expectations

So, is FCKSPACE live and can you book a shag pad on it today?

Yes… but with a catch.

As of now (early 2026), FCKSPACE is still in a closed beta phase. Expectations are or a public launch at the TES Affiliate Conference in Marbella this March, where the founders will unveil more details and likely try to woo more hosts and creators onto the platform.

While the website is operational and taking sign-ups, they’re keeping the user base small while they iron out kinks. At the time of writing, they have a waitlist for both renters and hosts.

Currently, the handful of listings on FCKSPACE are mostly in California. I see five luxurious properties in Malibu, and a single beach house in New Jersey. Prices range from $50/day (for a garden apartment) up to $2200/day for the NJ property hosting up to 12 guests.

FCKSpace houses

As you can see, these aren’t dingy back-alley sets; they’re high-end properties aimed at professional productions.

It will be interesting to see if FCKSPACE doubles down on its California portfolio.

While the professional industry is clearly dominant here, the rise of amateur-centric platforms like OnlyFans means that we would expect to see steady demand throughout the country.

Does FCKSPACE Have Any Competition?

At the moment… not really.

Given the pain points, it’s almost bizarre that no one has tried this earlier.

There have been no major rival platforms openly catering to adult film rentals before this (at least none that gained traction). Porn producers either had to use general-purpose services (and risk the banhammer) or rely on personal networks and off-book arrangements.

Some creators would informally share lists of “cool” Airbnbs or friendly studios… but that was all underground and word-of-mouth. FCKSPACE is attempting to formalize and centralize the whole process in a way that we haven’t seen before.

If it succeeds, then no doubt, we’d expect to see brand new entrants in the market.

We might even see similar startups in Europe.

Could Airbnb or Peerspace wake up one day and decide to explicitly allow porn filming to compete?

Possibly, but I doubt it.

From my vantage point, FCKSPACE is an idea that’s long overdue. It directly addresses a genuine need: adult creators want to rent locations without risking their livelihood or safety. Simple as that. And the solution it offers is equally straightforward: a dedicated marketplace where porn isn’t a dirty word.

Still, it’s too early to say if the platform will take off.

One thing it has in its favour is the highly-concentrated network effects of so much porn being made in California. When a large chunk of your supply and demand live in the same zipcode soup, it’s much easier to build the necessary network effects to make a platform like this viable.

Another quiet advantage is timing. The creator economy is more fragmented than ever. Fewer people are relying on giant studios. More shoots are small teams, couples, solo creators, and collabs.

Those shoots still need locations, but they do not need full studio infrastructure. They need houses, apartments, villas, places that look real on camera and do not come with a production manager breathing down their neck… or an angry host chasing them away with a pitchfork.

So… Fck yeah.

Here’s hoping they succeed!
